If anything characterizes our Mediterranean food, it is the freshness of our food of high gastronomic quality. We dress with the best extra virgin olive oil, spiced with rosemary, thyme, oregano, basil, pepper and mint.
We cook with a wide variety of vegetables from our garden and thanks to our wonderful climate we also use citrus fruits: lemons, orange or tangerine, among others.
